Payment has been declined.

Sometimes, the payment provider may decline a transaction before we receive any information about it. This may be due to a restriction imposed by the payment method you are using, like in terms of international or online transactions. It may also result from making an error when entering your information on our site. Please keep these suggestions in mind to help avoid this problem:

  • Please make sure that you have enabled international and online payments for the card you're using.
  • Make sure that all of the information you have entered is accurate and up to date.
  • Confirm that you have funds available in the payment method you're trying to use;

To make sure that your payment goes through, activate 3D-Secure with this card and use it when making a purchase. Alternatively, you can try adding the card to a PayPal account then use PayPal as your payment method. In some cases, that is enough to work around the problem. If that doesn't solve it, we recommend contacting the card's provider directly for more information about why payments aren't being approved.

Please keep in mind that although your transaction has been declined, the funds may still be withheld by your bank. So you might see it listed as pending on your account even though no payment was actually made.
