How to make a screenshot?
Windows operating system is providing a special program which is called Snipping Tool and you can use it because it’s the fastest way. Now you have the screenshot which you can attach while contacting our Customer Support. Check the instruction below:
- Go to the left corner on you computer where you have the Windows symbol;
- Type Snipping Tool and you will see the the mentioned program;
- Open Snipping Tool program and click New if you want to create a new screenshot;
- Hold down the left mouse button, then drag the mouse across the screen to select the area you want to capture;
- If the result is satisfying for you click File > Save as…;
- Name your file and choose the location where you want to save it.
