- Locate a café: Find your nearest Caffè Nero by visiting the Caffè Nero Store Locator or using your preferred map service.
- In-store only: Please note that the Caffè Nero Benefits gift card can only be redeemed in participating physical Caffè Nero cafés and is not valid for online purchases.

- Bring the card: Make sure you have the physical gift card with you when you visit the café.
