In a dystopian future not far from our own, a groundbreaking scientific discovery has revolutionized the world by harnessing the power of microbial colonies as a ubiquitous energy source. Corporations controlling the development and production of these living batteries have become immensely influential political entities, giving rise to unprecedented levels of crime, inequality, and corruption. Governments, in a bid to restore order, have restructured their police forces and equipped them with state-of-the-art military technology.

Enter Titanium Hound, an advanced manned complex specifically designed to tackle complex urban crises. The pivotal breakthrough in this grim reality came with the advent of teleportation technology, which enabled the creation of power-generating bacteria. However, the teleportation process had adverse effects on organic matter, resulting in the emergence of grotesque creatures, commonly referred to as "Zombies."
