I bought the wrong product - can I get a refund?

As long as you didn’t view the key after the purchase (clicked on the CLAIM button), you may contact us under
support center or write an email to [email protected] and request a return.


If you already viewed the key, unfortunately our policy states no refunds unless the delivered product is faulty.


In case you bought a pre-order of a game, you may declare a resignation from it and request a refund under support center.
