Game overview
禁忌试炼 is a skillful roguelike action game set in the world of Norse mythology. Players confront a mechanized Giant Clan using weapons of the gods and the blessings of Valkyries.
Gameplay
Engage in melee combat with long swords, giant axes, and spears against mechanical giant creations.
Use various spells granted by the gods, customize Berserker form, and modify runes to determine combat style.
Face bosses from many myths that bring a strong sense of oppression.
Build relationships with Valkyries to gain their blessings and adventure in their forms.
Important notes
The game folder '# ModBuilder-vx.x.x' is a Unity project for creating MODs. Some anti-virus software may flag it as containing viruses. Deleting the folder will not affect normal game operation. You may also add it to your anti-virus whitelist.
If the game crashes or exits unexpectedly, try running TheTabooTrial.exe in compatibility mode with fullscreen optimizations disabled, installing the game on an SSD, using the dedicated graphics card, verifying game files, increasing virtual memory (above 10GB recommended), or updating your graphics driver. A beta version is also available using the code "ForTheCrashPlayer".
