Alien Invasion DLC
Defend against an alien invasion in the Body Count mode as FIB Agents Worms or play as an alien in the Campaign mode, fighting against the humans to recover your spaceship and return home. You have a variety of weapons and tools, such as Plasma Blasters, Energy Orbs, and the UFO Strike, to ensure your victory and dominance over the opposing side. Additionally, new accessories like hats and gravestones are available for customization, and five new achievements can be earned to commemorate your success.
About the base game
Create a powerful clan with your friends and other Worms™ Battlegrounds players, where you can choose a unique name and emblem and even promote other players to act as leaders and officers. You can enter your clan into the league and compete together to reach the top of the leaderboards. To add more variety to the gameplay, ‘Story Mode’ introduces physics-based contraptions, such as swinging rope bridges and death-defying traps, making the single player game more engaging and fun. Players can spend more time playing and less time waiting for their A.I. opponent to take a shot. So, join the battle and avoid an empty trophy cabinet!
