Option 1: Redeem via the Enilive App (Recommended)
By adding your voucher to the app, you can convert it into a digital wallet balance that can be used at the fuel station.
- Download and open the Enilive App (available on iOS and Android)
- Log in or create an account

Add your voucher
- Open the menu and go to the "Voucher" section
- Select "Aggiungi Voucher o Buono Carburante" (Add Voucher or Fuel Card)
- Choose "Buono Enilive"
- Select "Digitalizza Buono Enilive già attivo"
- Scan the QR code/barcode or manually enter the 14-character digital voucher code

Use your voucher at the station
- Once the voucher is added to your digital wallet, use the app to unlock the pump
- Pay for your fuel directly through the app

Option 2: Redeem Directly at the Station
- If you do not want to use the mobile app, you can redeem the voucher directly at the petrol station
- At the till, show your digital voucher with the 14-character code or QR code to the cashier
- At self-service stations, you may be able to enter the 14-character code directly into the terminal before dispensing fuel
