My payment failed - what steps should I take?

Check your account
 Make sure you were actually charged via your payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). 

Charged but order shows unpaid?
 If you see a charge but your order is still unpaid, please contact us at support center or email [email protected] with a screenshot of your payment. 

Payment declined?
 If the payment was declined, it means we didn’t receive the funds. If you were charged anyway, the provider will refund you shortly. 

Want to try again?
 You can simply place a new order anytime.
