Software that may disrupt the payment process.

Software such as a VPN, antivirus programs and ad blockers may cause issues with our payment processing. If you experience problems when making a purchase, please try using incognito mode or disabling any of these other applications.

Make sure that you've authorized the payment in your bank account.

You may need to authorize international or online transactions from your bank's side before you can complete a purchase on our page. Otherwise, some transactions might be declined by your provider.

Activate your card.

If you are using a prepaid credit card, make sure that it is registered before you use it.
