Plan Your Booking:
- Choose your preferred flight, hotel, holiday package, or travel service.
- Proceed to the checkout or booking confirmation stage.

Redeem Online:
- Locate the Gift Card payment section during checkout.
- Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN from the physical card or eGift Card.
- Apply the Gift Card to your booking before submitting the order.

Redeem In Store or by Phone:
- Visit a Flight Centre store or contact a travel consultant by phone.
- Provide your physical Gift Card or share the Gift Card Number and PIN from your eGift Card.
- The available balance will be applied to your booking.

Complete Your Purchase:
- If the booking total exceeds the Gift Card balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
- Any unused balance will remain available on the same Gift Card for future use until expiry.
