Chumbak Gift Card

Choose Your Shopping Method:
- Decide whether you want to redeem your Chumbak Gift Card online or in a participating Chumbak store.
- Select the products you wish to purchase before proceeding to payment.

Redeem In Store:
- Visit a participating Chumbak outlet and bring your selected items to the cashier.
- Provide your Gift Card Number and PIN/Voucher Code, or your registered mobile number.
- Confirm the amount you would like to redeem from the gift card.

Redeem Online:
- Sign in to your Chumbak account and add your chosen items to the shopping cart.
- Proceed to the checkout page and select the Gift Card payment option.
- Locate the gift card redemption section in the order summary.

Apply the Gift Card and Complete Payment:
- Enter your Voucher Code and PIN in the gift card redemption field.
- Apply the gift card balance to your order total.
- If the order amount exceeds the available balance, pay the remaining amount using an accepted payment method.
