Dial the Sequence:
- On your mobile phone keypad, dial the following sequence: *131*YOURCODE# (Replace "YOURCODE" with your actual voucher code).

Send the Code:
- Press the 'Send' or 'Call' button on your mobile device.
- Lyca Mobile will automatically process your voucher code, and your account will be credited accordingly.

2. Via Lyca Mobile Customer Service:

- Make sure you have your Lyca Mobile top-up voucher code on hand.

Call Customer Service:
- Dial Lyca Mobile Customer Service by calling 321 or #92 from your Lyca Mobile device.
- Follow the voice prompts and select the option for "Top-Up" or "Voucher Redemption."
- Enter the voucher code as prompted by the voice system.

Account Credit:
- Lyca Mobile will verify your code and add the corresponding credit to your account.
