Redeem In-Store
Show your digital or physical gift card to the cashier or front desk. They can scan it or enter the code manually if needed.

Use for Stays & Services
You can use the gift card for hotel stays, dining, spa treatments, retail items, and more at any Raffles property. Mention the card at booking if planning a stay.

Check Your Balance
Visit the Raffles gift card balance page online and enter your gift card code, then click “Get Balance” to view the remaining amount.

Product Activation:
- A pop-up window saying “Product Activation” will show up. Navigate through it by clicking “NEXT >” and agreeing to the “STEAM® SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT".

Confirm:
- Insert the product code and confirm its activation.
