- Visit the official s.Oliver online store or a participating s.Oliver store.
- Browse available fashion products such as clothing, shoes, accessories, and other eligible items, then select your desired products.

Enter your gift card details:
- For online redemption, proceed to Checkout and select “Geschenkkarte einlösen” (Redeem Gift Card).
- Enter your s.Oliver Gift Card number and the 4-digit PIN provided with the gift card.

Apply the gift card:
- Confirm the redemption to apply the gift card balance.
- The available gift card balance will be deducted from your order total.

Complete your purchase:
- If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
- Complete your order or in-store purchase and collect/save your receipt or confirmation email.
