Download the Installer:
- Create a free account on the Broadcom Support Portal.
- Download the VMware Workstation installer from the portal.

Install VMware Workstation:
- Run the installer on your computer.
- Follow the setup instructions and complete the installation.

Activate for Personal Use:
- Open VMware Workstation for the first time.
- Select "Use VMware Workstation for personal use" when prompted for a license, then click Continue.

Redeem a Commercial License:
- Open VMware Workstation and go to the Help menu or select Enter Serial Number/License when prompted.
- Enter your purchased license key and click OK or Finish.
