Marauders is a tactical first-person multiplayer shooter that takes us to a different version of history. In this universe, the First World War never ended. However, technological change has allowed humankind to reach the stars. As a result, new professions appeared, such as space mercenaries called Marauders. And you are one of them.
The Marauders game
Before Marauders can plunder a space station, they have to reach it on their spacecraft. It's neither a safe nor an easy mission. Hence, you'll upgrade your vessel's weapons to vanquish anyone who dares to cross your path. You can even build your own ship or take someone else's spacecraft.
Reaching your destination is only the beginning, as every Marauder's goal is to raid, get valuable loot, and survive. The latter is not easy as your way out goes through other players and AI-controlled enemies. You can try to do it alone or form a squad of up to three players. During intense matches, you'll gain experience points and upgrade your arsenal that you can keep, so you don't have to start every time from scratch. After plundering a colony, space station, or asteroid mine, you return to your base, where you can sell your loot, buy new gear, and spend some time crafting.
The Marauders release date
The game was officially released into early access on October 3, 2022. It is avaliable on PC.
