- Inform the cashier that you will be using a Gift Card/Gift Voucher.

Select your items
- Choose your preferred sweets, desserts, snacks, or eligible menu items.
- Proceed to billing when your order is complete.

Redeem the gift card
- Present your Sweet Bengal Gift Card (digital voucher via SMS/email or printed voucher).
- The cashier will validate the voucher and deduct the value from your bill.

Complete payment
- If the bill exceeds the gift card value, pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
- Complete your purchase and keep the receipt.
