Visit a Participating Garden Centre:
- Go to any participating National Garden Centre location in the UK.
- Gift Cards can only be redeemed in person.

Prepare Your Gift Card:
- Bring your physical Gift Card, a printed e-gift, or have the barcode ready on your phone.
- Make sure the barcode is clearly visible before reaching the checkout.

Present the Gift Card at Checkout:
- Show your Gift Card or barcode to the cashier when paying.
- The barcode will be scanned at the checkout till.

Complete Your Purchase:
- The Gift Card value will be applied to your purchase.
- Pay any remaining balance if your order total exceeds the available Gift Card balance.
