Explore the magical world of Aeternum
One of the biggest selling points of New World, even before its release, was its brutal yet gorgeous world of Aeternum - a magical island, rumored to be filled with incredible treasure. Players of New World can enjoy Online PvP and PvE combat in a gorgeous, massive world. Each zone of the island features its own unique setting and flavor, with plenty of vista points to discover.
New World was created on Amazon’s Lumberyard engine, which itself was based on the famous CryEngine, developed by CryTek for the Crysis series. This allows the game to display amazing graphics, provided your PC can handle it.
Grow stronger together with one of three factions
Create a powerful hero whose might is a force to be reckoned with, starting with nothing but rags and a rusty weapon. As you level up and complete quests, you’ll grow stronger with each gathered item, every enemy killed, and every skill point spent.
Join up with the Covenant, the Marauders, or the Syndicate and wage war against other factions, claiming new land and developing your own territory to become the strongest in the realm.
