Choose Your Redemption Method:
- Your Cole Haan gift card can be redeemed online or at any full-price or outlet store in the United States.
- Have your physical gift card or eGift card ready before proceeding.

Redeem Online:
- Shop on the Cole Haan website and add your selected items to the shopping bag.
- Proceed to checkout and open the payment section.

Apply Your Gift Card:
- Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN in the Gift Card field.
- Click Apply or Add to redeem the available balance.

Redeem In Store:
- Present your physical gift card at the register. If needed, scratch off the silver strip on the back to reveal the PIN.
- For an eGift card, display the original email with the barcode on your phone for the cashier to scan.
