- Access your account dashboard.

Open Points Section:
- Go to the "My Points" page using the star icon.
- Select the "Point Exchange" option.

Enter Card Details:
- Enter your gift card number and PIN.
- Choose the amount you want to convert into store credit.

Complete Exchange:
- Confirm the point exchange request.
- The converted amount will be added as Matsuya Ginza store credit.
