- You will need the gift card number and the 4-digit PIN for redemption.

Redeem Online:
- Visit the Platypus Shoes website and add your selected items to the shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information.
- At the payment stage, select the gift card option to open the redemption section.

Apply the Gift Card:
- Enter your gift card number and 4-digit PIN in the designated fields.
- Click Apply to use the available balance.
- If the gift card does not cover the full amount, pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

Redeem In Store:
- Visit any Platypus retail location with your gift card.
- Present the digital barcode on your smartphone or a printed copy at the register.
- Provide your 4-digit PIN when requested to complete the payment.
