Choose Where to Redeem:
- Use your Portmans gift card online or at a Portmans store in Australia.
- Have your gift card number and 4-digit PIN ready before making a purchase.

Redeem Online:
- Add your items to the cart and proceed through checkout.
- Go to the Secure Payment section and select the Gift Card payment option.
- Enter your gift card number and 4-digit PIN.

Apply the Gift Card:
- Click Apply Gift Card to use the available balance.
- Verify that the gift card amount has been deducted from your order total.

Redeem In Store:
- Visit a Portmans store and select the items you wish to purchase.
- Present your physical gift card or display the eGift card on your mobile device at checkout.
- The cashier will scan the barcode and apply the available balance to your purchase.
