- Log in to your account on the Home Box website or mobile app
- Make sure you are signed in before placing your order

Add items to your basket:
- Select the products you want to purchase
- Add them to your basket and proceed to checkout

Enter your gift card details:
- Scroll to the "Gift Card" or "Voucher" section during checkout
- Enter your gift card number and PIN in the designated fields

Apply the gift card:
- Click the "Apply" button to redeem your gift card
- Complete the payment if any remaining balance is due
