Activation

Gift cards purchased online from TotalEnergies are shipped inactive for security reasons. To activate your card:

  1. Log in to your TotalEnergies customer account on the official website.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the relevant order.
  3. Enter any card number from your order to activate all gift cards in that order.

Note: Digital (PDF) gift cards are activated upon payment and do not require manual activation.

Redemption

Once activated, your gift card is valid for 4 years and can be used at participating TotalEnergies stations in Germany. You can use it for fuel, car washes, and in-store purchases. Multiple gift cards can be combined for a single transaction.

Checking Balance

To check your gift card balance, visit the TotalEnergies balance check page and enter your card details. Alternatively, you can inquire about your balance at any participating TotalEnergies station.
