A Way Out is a unique prison break story told in the form of an action-adventure game. The game was made by the same creators as Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons, and it was published by Electronic Arts. You can play the game with a friend through local or online play. However, this straightforward plan quickly turns into something intricate and unpredictable. Lots of twists await!
A Way Out is meant to be played with one other person. You can choose to play Leo or Vincent; each character has their own specialities. Play as Leo and you’ll have to use physical combat when necessary; he’s been in prison for six months and knows how to defend himself. Play as Vincent, a conman looking to escape his prison sentence of fraud and murder, and use stealth tactics like shivs and poison to get out of sticky situations. The game requires trust between you and your partner in crime!
In A Way Out (PC), players will help Leo and Vincent work through their differences, solve problems with their combined talents, and escape prison. They may also take time out to play some minigames: arm wrestling, baseball, basketball, darts, spearfishing, and exercising.
