Retrieve the License Key:
- Log in to the Broadcom Support Portal.
- Go to My Entitlements or the product licensing section and copy your exact vSphere or vCenter license key.

Open vCenter Server:
- Open the vSphere Client web interface.
- Log in with administrator credentials.

Open License Management:
- Open the Menu and select Administration.
- Select Licenses in the left navigator pane and open the Licenses tab.

Add the License:
- Click Add (+) or New Licenses.
- Enter the license key, assign a friendly name, then click Next and Finish.
