The King of Darkness may live forever... He can, however, be defeated. You'll have to restart your adventure since that's how these games operate, right? Don't worry, even if you're vanquished, you can still keep some of the items and improvements you acquired the last time you survived... at least some of them. Summum Aeterna features a permanent character and world improvement system, allowing players to continue their progress. No matter how many times you are defeated, your skill tree progression will be saved, as will the world enhancements you acquired.
You'll traverse unknown areas teeming with treasures, traps, armies of opponents, and fearsome bosses as the King of Darkness, a mighty, powerful, and ferocious warrior sentenced to perpetual life. Explore strange lands, plunge into Aeterna's most hazardous depths, and fight your way to the end of each planet... if you can!
