Book Your Appointment:
- Visit City Cave Bookings or use the City Cave App to select your preferred wellness service and location.
- Choose your preferred date and time to schedule your appointment.

Select Payment Option:
- During the booking process, choose "Confirm and Pay in Shop" to avoid being charged online.
- Complete your booking without entering the gift card code.

Present Your Gift Card:
- Bring your physical City Cave gift card or voucher email with the barcode or gift code to your appointment.
- Show the voucher to the staff when you arrive at the clinic.

Complete Redemption:
- The staff will scan or apply the gift card details during checkout.
- Any remaining payment can be completed after the gift card balance is applied.
