Shop Your Preferred Way:
- Choose whether to redeem your gift card online, by phone, or in-store.
- Select the items you would like to purchase from Crate and Barrel or CB2.

Redeem Online:
- Add your items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the payment page, select the gift card option and enter your 16-digit card number and PIN.
- Apply the gift card to deduct the available balance from your order total.

Redeem In-Store:
- Visit any participating U.S. Crate and Barrel or CB2 location.
- Present your physical gift card or display the eGift card barcode or number on your mobile device at checkout.

Redeem by Phone:
- Contact the customer service team to place your order by phone.
- Provide your gift card number and PIN when requested.
- The gift card balance will be applied to your purchase.
