Shop for Your Items:
- Browse The Good Guys website or visit a participating store.
- Select the products you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.

Redeem Online:
- At the payment stage, choose the option to pay using a Gift Card.
- Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN in the required fields.
- You can use up to three Gift Cards per online order.

Complete Your Online Order:
- Apply the Gift Card balance to your purchase.
- If the order total exceeds the available balance, pay the remaining amount using Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

Redeem In Store:
- Present your physical Gift Card or eGift Card at the register.
- The team member will scan or process the card and apply the balance to your purchase.
- Any remaining balance can be paid using cash, debit card, or credit card.
