Choose Your Shopping Method:
- Use your David Jones Gift Card online or at a participating store.
- Gift cards and eGift cards are generally valid for 36 months from the purchase date.

Redeem Online:
- Shop on the David Jones website and proceed to checkout.
- In the payment section, select the David Jones Gift Card payment option.
- Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN, then apply the card to your order.

Redeem In-Store:
- Visit any participating David Jones store in Australia or New Zealand.
- Present your physical gift card or display the eGift Card barcode or QR code on your mobile device at checkout.

Complete Your Purchase:
- You may use up to 5 gift cards per online order.
- You may use up to 10 gift cards in a single in-store transaction.
- Pay any remaining balance using another accepted payment method if required.
