Visit a Timezone venue
- Visit any participating Timezone location.
- Bring your physical Timezone Gift Card or digital E-Gift Card.

Present your gift card
- Show your Timezone Gift Card at the counter.
- For digital gift cards, open the email and show the barcode or gift card code to the staff.

Redeem the gift card
- The staff will scan the digital code or activate/load the gift card balance if required.
- The available balance will be applied to your account/card.

Enjoy your experience
- Use the gift card balance to play games and enjoy available attractions.
- Any remaining balance can be used for future visits until the card expires.
