Activation
Waitrose & Partners gift cards are activated automatically at the time of purchase and ready to use immediately.

Redeem In-Store
Present your gift card at any Waitrose & Partners store when paying your bill. The cashier will scan or enter the card number to apply the balance to your purchase.

Check Your Balance
You can check your gift card balance online at the official Waitrose website or by calling customer service.

Product Activation:
- A pop-up window saying “Product Activation” will show up. Navigate through it by clicking “NEXT >” and agreeing to the “STEAM® SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT".

Confirm:
- Insert the product code and confirm its activation.
