Covered issues are cases where the product is confirmed as unusable for you on the relevant platform, and the cause is within the covered scope.
Examples may include:
- the key is confirmed as invalid or non-functional for redemption
- the key is confirmed as revoked for activation
- the product is confirmed as removed from your library after successful redemption due to a key related issue that is not excluded
