• violations of platform or publisher rules (including chargebacks, suspected fraud, cheating, or other prohibited conduct)
  
  
• products removed from sale or permanently delisted, or access changes driven by platform or publisher policy
  
  
• server closures, end of online services, or end of support by the publisher or platform
  
  
• user side technical issues (hardware failure, incompatibility, configuration issues, malware, internet outages)
  
  
• account access problems (lost credentials, compromised accounts, failure to secure the account)
  
  
• intentional misuse, resale attempts, abusive behavior, or suspicious activity
