Payment could not be processed.

This message indicates that although your payment transaction was initiated with us, the payment provider never received all of the necessary information to process it. If you have followed all steps to validate your payment and still encounter this error message, please consider these suggestions:

  • Try making the transaction again, but this time in incognito mode.
  • Clean your cookies, or try a different browser.
  • Please make sure that you don't have any sort of software running at the moment of payment (VPN, AdBlocker, etc) which could block data required for a successful transaction.
