Payment held by provider.

If you see this message, it means that one of your payment transactions is waiting for approval from the payment provider. This process can take up to 24 hours, depending on the payment provider you're using. Once we receive confirmation of payment, the order will be completed automatically.

If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact customer support by creating a ticket. Include your order number/invoice ID and they will be able to follow up on this matter for you.
