If you're getting such a message, it means our system was not able to communicate with the payment provider you chose. This is not a problem from your side try again if necessary! If this issue persists, it might mean the payment provider you're trying to use is unavailable or down for maintenance. In that case we'd recommend that you try again at a later time or choose a different payment method.
