I have technical issues with the product after its activation?

Technical affairs usually occur after activation. For information about activating products, please see “How can I activate the key which I purchased?”.

If the product fails to start, crashes or has other issues, please contact the platform's support team for assistance. If you are unable to find a solution to your problem on the internet, please contact us for assistance. Note that some issues may be caused by your computer's operating system; make sure that your computer meets the minimum requirements before purchasing.

Please note that the refund for a valid key is possible only when it was not activated and not displayed. If you activate the key, we won’t be able to deactivate it or remove it from your account.
