What can I do if I didn’t receive the email with the order confirmation?

Firstly make sure you entered the proper email address when you were making the purchase and check your spam folder.

Go to My Library on your GameSeal account where you will find all of the needed information and also the product key.

Make sure the payment was completed successfully. If it was, you should get the confirmation of the transaction from the payment provider.
