What can I do if I don’t see the key I ordered?
There are some reasons that can cause this problem but please make sure first that you didn’t get it via e-mail or if you're a registered user you don’t have it in your Library. If you checked the mentioned places and the problem still exist please follow the steps below:
- Check your software because maybe you have something which is blocking your data like VPN etc.
- Check it in a different browser or clean your cookies first.
- Turn on the incognito mode in your browser.
- Try with other device (smartphone for example).
