Choose a Redemption Method:
- You can use your Benihana Gift Card in the restaurant or for eligible online orders.
- Select the option that matches your purchase method.

Redeem in Restaurant:
- Inform your server that you will be paying with a gift card before receiving the final bill.
- Present your physical gift card or display the digital e-gift card with the barcode and PIN on your mobile device.

Complete In-Restaurant Payment:
- The server will scan the card or enter the 19-digit card number and PIN into the payment system.
- The purchase amount will be deducted from the available gift card balance.

Redeem for Online Orders:
- Place your order through the Benihana online ordering platform and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your gift card number and PIN in the gift card payment section.
- Apply the balance to complete your payment.
