Domination is an expansion pack for Europa Universalis IV that adds new mission trees, government reforms, estate management, and events for popular nations of the Early Modern world. The expansion offers greater historical depth, more promising rewards, and branching mission trees that allow players to have a significant impact on history.
New Scenarios
The Domination DLC for Europa Universalis IV introduces new scenarios to play, including revised conquest trees and expanded mission trees for major powers such as the Ottoman Empire, China, Japan, Russia, Spain, France, and Great Britain. It also includes new government reforms, estate management, and events for these powers. Additionally, minor nations like Prussia, Portugal, and Korea receive mission changes, new government mechanics, and expanded flavor.
New historical reform
Many major nations have received new government reforms and estate privileges, such as the Ottomans who now have twelve new reforms, and Russia who now have a dozen new privileges specifically for their Nobles (known as 'Boyars') and Burghers.
Fresh special units
The expansion pack introduces three new types of Land special units such as 'Samurai' for Japan, 'Tercios' for Spain, and 'Musketeers' for France. Additionally, there is a new feature of Naval special units with six different units for Portugal, Spain, Great Britain, Korea, Netherlands, and Genoa and Venice.
Unique arts to collect
Europa Universalis IV: Domination, introduces 32 new unit sprites for four Western and four Eastern cultures.
Inspiring new music
The expansion pack includes nine new songs, featuring three with French flavor, three with Turkish flavor, and three with Chinese flavor.
