- Make sure the system number and security code are visible for verification.

Visit the Zoo Card Desk:
- Present your gift card at the Zoo Card Desk located at the ZOO entrance.
- Provide the staff with your system number and security code.

Apply the Gift Card Balance:
- The staff will use the card details to apply the balance to your day ticket or annual membership.
- Complete the purchase process after the balance has been applied.

Redeem a Copenhagen Card:
- Download the Copenhagen Card App on your smartphone and enter your order reference code.
- Activate the card in the app when you are ready to visit the ZOO.
