The plague
Artemy Burakh arrives in the Town of Gorkhon after receiving a mysterious letter from his father, a local healer. Upon his arrival, Artemy is attacked and finds out that his father has been murdered. Now, being accused of the crime, he has to clear his name, make alliances, and take his father’s role as the chief healer. Especially since a mysterious plague has been spreading through the Town. Time is quickly running out. You have only 12 days.
Maintain your health
During Pathologic 2 gameplay, you’ll be able to freely explore every nook and cranny of the Town and surrounding areas. Your main goal is to survive. Search for useful items and manage your bodily functions. Hunger, thirst, exhaustion – they all change rapidly, and it’s harder each day to maintain your health. On top of that, you have to take care of your patients, diagnose them, and perform surgeries.
Solve the mystery
Find out who killed your father. Talk with the townspeople and make allies. If they trust you enough, they’ll be more willing to exchange some goods with you, like food and medicine. You can also choose an easy way out and fight, steal, and murder in order to survive. The choice is yours. However, people are not your most dangerous enemy. Don’t forget about the plague looming over the Town.
