Visit a Participating Store:
- Go to a participating Trends Man or Reliance Trends retail location.
- Ensure the store accepts Gift Card or Gift Voucher payments before shopping.

Select Your Products:
- Choose the clothing or eligible accessories you wish to purchase.
- Proceed to the billing counter when you are ready to pay.

Present Your Gift Voucher:
- Inform the cashier that you would like to pay using a Gift Card or Gift Voucher.
- Provide the voucher code or card number received by email, SMS, or on the physical card.
- Allow the cashier to validate and apply the available balance.

Complete the Transaction:
- The Gift Card value will be deducted from your purchase total.
- If the order amount exceeds the available balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
