Choose a Redemption Method:
- Brown Thomas Gift Cards can be used both in-store and online.
- Select the redemption option that matches your purchase method.

Redeem In Store:
- Present your physical Gift Card at the checkout counter.
- For eGift Cards, display the email containing the barcode or card details on your mobile device.
- Inform the cashier that you would like to pay using a Gift Card.

Redeem Online:
- Add your selected items to the shopping basket on the Brown Thomas website.
- Proceed to checkout and open the Secure Payment section.
- Select the option to use a Gift Card as your payment method.

Apply the Gift Card:
- Enter your full Gift Card number and verify the available balance.
- Apply the Gift Card to your order total.
- Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases.
