Add Products and Proceed:
- Select your DAVIDsTEA items and add them to your cart.
- Go to checkout and enter your delivery information.

Find the Gift Card Section:
- On desktop, locate the “Discount Code and Gift Card” area on the right side of the checkout page.
- On mobile or the app, open “Add discount” above the order summary to reveal the gift card field.

Enter Your Gift Card Code:
- Type your 19–21 digit gift card number from your physical card or e-gift email.
- Click “Apply” to activate the discount.

In-Store Redemption:
- Visit a DAVIDsTEA store and choose your products.
- Show your physical card or digital barcode/code to the cashier at checkout.
