Access Account:
- Log in to your account on the FirstCry Official Website or app.
- Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your cart.

Proceed to Checkout:
- Go to the cart page and continue with your order.
- Review your selected items before applying the gift card.

Select Gift Certificate Option:
- Choose the Gift Certificate option on the Cart page.
- Enter your 14-digit FirstCry gift card number.

Apply Gift Card:
- Click Apply to redeem your gift card.
- The available gift card balance will be deducted from your order total.
